A Trip to York, Durham and Newcastle (part 1)

About a month ago I travelled to these places in northen England, which are York, Durham and Newcastle. Please remember English do not prounce "h" when speak Durham. It was lucky all the three days were not too cold and sunny and I had very good companies with me.

The first place I went is York, the famous place is the York Minister. It is the largest medieval gothic cathedral north of the Alps, a treasure house of over 800 years of stained glass.

Then there is a tower in a small hill in city centre. It is called Clifford's Tower, the height of the tower provides the best view in York.

Looks quite well, isnt it? Yet regarding the view, I have to say it was good but not so special.

Then I took a train to Durham to meet other friends and prepare to go to Newcastle in very next day.

Newcastle is a port city, therefore my aim was to find a beach and take a look at the ocean, it is something I had not seen for a long period of time.

This is a silly guy looking for his change before taking the tram in newcastle station.

I have to skip some part. Anyway we reached beach finally.

Before you forget

a friend just tell me we are too old to remember therefore we should write something down before it dispear in the thin air. I cannot agree his words more. Sometimes people will have special emotion, even toward common little things. When the sense comes our mind, just grab something to mark it, write, draw, photo, text, record, whatever we have. It may be the first step to become a poet, artist, engineer or whoever, who knows.

I have to say recently there is a feeling that I cannot use my English as fluently as usual. A bit tired of meaningless conversations is one reason. Lack of confidence is another. Therefore it is time to write more english blog. I am sorry for those who have to tolerate my poor english, no matter where you come from. XD

anyway let me just write something.

You Got One Fail

今天我終於發現 我是室友裡面唯一一個有被當的人

嗯 這讓我有點高處不勝寒的感覺
被當的科目 叫做Manage People in Organisation
中文大概就是叫人力資源管理吧
也是我自己相當討厭的一個科目

管人!?每個人都不一樣 每個人都有不一樣的需求
每一套策略套到每一個公司都會有不一樣的效果 也沒有人可以說出一個絕對對對對的理論

每次都是 ㄟ 這個也好 那個也不錯 所以要balance一下
喔 如何balance就是學問囉

馬的 這是哪一種學問阿 這我還要花錢給你教??

這麼討厭這一科 其實被當也不冤枉
但是為了考試 我也是花了兩三個禮拜每天從早到晚不停背書 背到花都謝了我還在背
只因為教授說過 他要看到我們的答案至少有三十個引用的理論 還有人名 然後不要用自己的意見
然後我就傻傻的背背背 寫了二十幾個人名及理論

然後就被當了ㄟ

過的人 大多都是寫自己的話
當的人 我認識的都是背了很多人名和理論

我真的是不知道標準在哪??
教了大家一個方法讀書 然後把用這個方法讀書的人都當掉
再叫我們重考一次
好阿 好個人力資源管理
我終於學到人資管理的精髓了 就是要講一套做一套
好的老師帶你上天堂 不好的老師讓你住套房
人資就是要讓人猜不透 就跟食神一樣

後記:當我去問老師可不可以跟我說我哪裡寫的不好 要怎麼改的時後
他竟然跟我說 因為學生太多 所以他沒時間看
媽的 你學生敢收敢當你就要敢負責阿 不然像我這麼笨的笨學生哪知道怎麼改阿
不要臉的王八蛋 負責 給我負責阿~~

幸運

像我這種老百姓 常常會遇到很特別的朋友
也不知道該是羨慕還是忌妒

像是

古箏老師兼游泳教練的choco
作文寫的很好的也很有詩意的eileen
部落格寫的很陽光又會彈吉他的老崔
很外國人又很樂在生活的bitch yang
腦袋聰明生活愜意(!?)的丸少爺
聰明到不行的k董
做事很有一套的max葛格
很會賺錢的gogogo
傷當有創意又很有笑點的pig nose

簡單來說 隨便一個人都有我一輩子也追不上的優點
想想我還蠻幸運的

不過自己也要變的厲害一點 希望我不會成為我的朋友群的笑柄
不過你也知道 人生也是需要有可以讓你笑一下的人嘛
不過最近發現我希望的事往往都跟發生的事相反

所以我還是希望自己可以成為一個笑柄好了
